Happy New Year
As we begin this new year, I’m reminded of the words in Hebrews 10:35-36, “Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance...” The word endurance (hupomone) carries the idea of standing firm under challenging and difficult circumstances. People who endure are immovable, faithful, and consistent. They live by faith and as a result, they’re able to remain steadfast in situations where others shrink back in fear.
God is pleased by endurance, and it’s the result of great faith. Faith is increased when we hear the word of God (Romans 10:17). So, this New Year get close to Jesus; close enough to hear every word He says. And as your faith increases, so will your endurance. This year is going to require believers who stand firm. Let’s be counted among those in 2024 who have endurance.

It’s another 52-week devotional that will equip you to think and live from a kingdom perspective. Also, Fire School will soon release a YouTube channel where you can access lots of biblical and practical teaching.
