In 2009, while pastoring, Rob and Cindy hosted Monday evening classes at their church to equip believers to sustain a Spirit of revival. These classes birthed Fire School where believers learned how to live in the continuous fervor (fire) of the Lord. Every class was a combination of being Scripture fed and Spirit led. Over time, classes grew, and opportunities increased to teach the curriculum in other churches. Subjects ranged from experiencing sanctification (heart purity), prevailing over demonic strongholds, functioning in the supernatural, establishing houses of prayer, hearing the Holy Spirit, and ministering in the Holy Spirit’s power. Eventually, Fire School Ministries became an official organization.

Fire School Ministries has expanded and includes a wide range of resources that combine the Word and the Spirit. In addition to resource development, Rob and Cindy travel full-time teaching and imparting kingdom truths into pastors, leaders, and congregations across denominational lines. Their driving passion is re-digging the wells in the Holiness Movement with the message of purity and power. What began in a church basement in 2009, now reaches across the U.S. and several countries. The vision of Fire School is to co-labor with leaders, churches, and para-church organizations to sustain and multiply a continuous revival atmosphere by living every day from a kingdom perspective. This is accomplished through:

  • Revivals

  • Focused workbook teaching

  • Spiritual development of leadership and staff

  • Watch night prayer events

  • Fire School Intensives (weekend conferences)

Living from a kingdom perspective is the only way to make a transformational difference in communities, cities, and regions. The Spirit of revival in the early believers in Acts, following Pentecost, was an unshakable movement spreading from Jerusalem to surrounding cities, and it prevailed over adversity, persecution, and every demonic obstacle. Fire School Ministries desires to help believers experience the same results.
